How do I start a subscription?
To start a subscription, follow these simple steps:

Browse our range of products to find the one you'd like to subscribe to.

Next, choose the delivery frequency that suits your needs. You can select any option between 1 and 6 months.

After selecting the delivery frequency, click on the 'Add to Cart' button. The product will be added to your cart, and you'll see the subscription details reflected.

Proceed to the checkout page and complete the necessary information for shipping and payment.

Confirm your order and complete the subscription setup by making the payment
Your subscription is now set up! Your chosen product will be automatically delivered to you according to the selected frequency.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
Making changes to a subscription is easy; it can be done within your subscription dashboard
To make changes to your subscription:
- Click here to access your subscription dashboard
- ’Enter the email address used to place your original order to receive a one time code to access your account. Note: this code is valid for 4 minutes
Within the subscription dashboard, you will see all your current subscriptions and will be able to make changes to any of your current subscriptions.
This includes cancelling, editing the quantity, frequency, delivery address, delaying the next order, and updating billing information.

Cancelling a subscription is easy; it can be done within your subscription dashboard
To cancel a subscription:
- Click here to access your subscription dashboard
- ’Enter the email address used to place your original order to receive a one time code to access your account. Note: this code is valid for 4 minutes
- Click ‘Manage Subscription’ for the subscription you’d like to cancel
- Select ‘Cancel subscription’ at the bottom of the page
